Changes the Chinese Sniper Rifle (WA2000) to use Hitman's updated animations. Also changes the Frozen Assault Rifle override to use Hitman's animations from NVAO.

Optionally changes the Chinese Carbine (AKS-74U) to use Hitman's animations (with some jank) and the unused AK74 Special variant to use a foregrip version of Ani's AK animations (I don't recommend using this since the animations are severely misaligned and the gun doesn't appear in normal gameplay).
