Adds additional reactivity to the player bringing law back to Primm.

Reactive Primm adds additional minor reactivity to the player bringing law back to Primm. The following changes will occur:
Requires JIP LN NVSE, JohnnyGuitar NVSE, and ShowOff NVSE.
- Upon securing an NCR pardon for Meyers, he will change out of his Powder Ganger clothes and into a Merc Grunt Outfit.
- Two days after the player has instated a new sheriff in Primm, the corpses of the former sheriff and his wife will be removed from their house and buried nearby. The body of Daniel Wyand will also be removed from outside the front of the Mojave Express.
- Four days after the new sheriff is instated, the gas station in front of the Vikki and Vance will open as a new store called "Dexter's Deals." It has a modest inventory, similar to Chet's in Goodsprings. Dexter has short reactions to the ending the player chose, and, like Johnson Nash, will charge the player slightly more if the NCR takes control of Primm to offset taxes. Additionally, should the NCR take over Primm, the inside of the store will have a couple NCR propaganda posters.
- Alternatively, if Dexter is killed in the Vikki and Vance casino before the completion of My Kind of Town, the gas station remains closed.
