This mod replaces movement animations of ferals with that of GP from Dead Money. They aren't go be moving in that fast, "ghostly" manner, rather they going to creep slowly, zombie like, without running, like Ferals in the Fallout 1 and 2. So it would go well if you looking for Romero-like "ghoulies". It doesn't require a esp and will affect all ghouls that are using the default vanilla feral ghoul creature folder. Screenshots are a false advertisement, but some of those models are from this , this, this, and one can be found on this server.
