Over the years, very few mods have been released for New Vegas that change the dynamics of combat, especially for fans of third-person shooting. I decided to fix that. As my first attempt, I present to you a mod that adds a slide animation. The activation button is left Alt. It requires a small amount of action points and can knock down enemies. I'll say right away that the mod is not finished. There are issues with shooting two-handed weapons, and I would also like to add skid marks on the floor and dust particle effects, but I am a bit tired of working on this mod for now. Therefore, I am releasing it in this somewhat raw form. In the future, I plan to fix these shortcomings, but for now, I will be working on another mod that changes the third-person shooting mechanics. And most important, do not use this mod in first-person mode. I repeat, do not use this mod in first-person mode. There are other mods for that. Enjoy! Huge thanks to the modder Psychor for his endless patience and invaluable help. He's one of the few FNV modders who creates third-person animations. I highly recommend checking out his work.
