In DUST, the LAER exists and can be found through the use of the Expansion Project or other mods.
However, it is broken. The Ironsight zoom is set to 0, the spread is set to 0, and the weapon does not use any ammo, among other smaller issues not listed here. This is just a small mod that fixes that.
