Introduction

While playing naugrim04's Dust: Survival Simulator for the first time. I found myself wanting some additional recipes for the portable crafting kit to help me in the early game. In particular, I wanted to use the many Knife Spears I recovered during gameplay as a throwing spear. My thought was "I'm out of bullets but I have this spear and I want to throw it at that unsuspecting cannibal that can't see me". So, I made this mod to make that happen as well as adding some options for other throwing weapons (knives, hatchets, etc.) and two food items. This is the second mod that I have ever made. If you find that the recipes can be tweaked or other recipes that should be added that make sense on the portable crafting kit let me know. -Axon

Adds new recipes to the portable crafting kit in Dust: Survival Simulator. Two food items using radroach and ant meats. Plus, alternative throwing weapon recipe options.

What this mod does

1. Adds throwing weapons recipes:

• Knife Spear (and clean), Knife, Hatchet, Combat Knife, Bowie Knife, Switchblade, Proton Axe (and inversal) can be all refashioned into their respective throwing variants on the go using the crafting kit. If you have Bowie Knife and you want to throw it, refashion it on the crafting kit into a throwing knife. These are all one-to-one conversions. Throwing Spear/Hatchet needs 30 Repair Skill. Throwing Knives need 20 Repair Skill. Throwing Proton Axes need 30 Science Skill.
  

2. Adds new food recipes:

• Radroach Bits
• Roasted Ant
