On this first update, I've adjusted the names of the locations and Alexander Dialogue to better fit the Dust Lore, pointing out some POI to visit.
Remove most of the Flora and freebies from the outpost allowing you to have the outpost while not breaking balance. If you have any suggestions leave it in the comment.
