While hitman74101's Collectable Sonar mod states that it shows you where bobbleheads are, this is only for vanilla (TTW, in this case?) bobbleheads. It doesn't do anything for those added by the Bobblehunt mod as they're new items.
This is a script which adds Bobblehunt's bobbleheads to the list, allowing them to emit sound if you have the perk and are close enough. There's no ESP file, so it won't be competing with anything else for slots in your poor overloaded mod list.
Extract the zip file to your Fallout NV data directory (the same place that all the ESPs go), which will then put the script in the NVSE/plugins/scripts/ directory.
Requires JIP LN NVSE for script execution and Johnny Guitar NVSE for in game item name lookup. It obviously requires Bobblehunt and Sonar as well, but you can install the script without either of the two and it won't cause any problems.
