After looking at the Skill Book Rebalance for TTW mod, and using it for a while I've decided to make some of my own changes to it.

List of locations for all the books can be found in articles.
Installation instructions:
Just install using your mod manager, preferably MO2. USE EITHER MY VERSION OR THE ORIGINAL, NOT BOTH. If you update from the previous version mid-save, some books might still be in place, there's no way around it, sadly.

- Rebalanced the amount of books and some of their locations around, with considerations about balance, visiting out-of-place locations and logic of placement (and a few small jokes)
- Integrated Big Guns Skill Books mod by xaxaiue (with his permission). If you use New Vegas, download it, it's a great mod!
- Reduced the amount of books needed for Bibliophilia challenge (as there's no way you'd get 300 books with this mod. It's now a more forgiving 100)
