You receive a temporary boost to your Charisma when you visit a barber to change your hairstyle or facial hair.

After you visit a barber (or change your hairstyle via other means), you will receive a temporary +1 boost to your Charisma. You will need to actually get a new haircut or change your facial hair in order to receive the bonus.
Should be compatible with just about anything including TTW and Hit - Mojave Barbers.
As a scriptrunner, it works without an .esp file, so it won't contribute to your mod limit.
