Thank you to Avolnall for their compilation, the "Avolnall's FCO Patch Collection"!
However, the patch for New Vegas Uncut - Panzermann's Edition is incompatible with version 9.0 of the mod, which I have corrected.
I simply used FNVEdit to modify the patch dependencies, and there you go!
