Resizes the Huge Backpack's model to be smaller.

A lot of people (myself included) are used to KaPks8's Fallout DUST Huge Backpack replacer, but I've always actually liked the ragtag uniqueness of the Huge using the Slave Backpack model. But, it was massive, unwieldy, and blocked so much of your third person camera, it was unanimously replaced by the Large and forgotten...
Well, a small shrinking later, and, here we are!
All this mod does is modelswap the Huge Backpack for a smaller version. I personally think it might be... too small, but, I'm new to modding, and may or may not update this if it gains traction. I headcanon it as the Large Backpack framed and bagged, with the extra storage hanging on the sides, with the bottles and such. Also uses the vanilla textures, so it can be retextured freely.
