If you use any sort of modified hardcore needs or pip-boy mods, you may notice a couple issues in TTW during Ain't That A Kick In The Head, namely your character immediately dying after talking to Doc Mitchell, and not having a pip-boy equipped.
This mod fixes the script responsible for these issues by making hardcore needs reset after talking to Doc Mitchell, and having it check to see if you have a pip-boy and, if not, to equip it.
