Creates recipes for throwing weapons, as well as for the alien power modules/cells, and other fun things in a very intentionally balanced manner!

Makes the beggar outside Rivet City Essential as well as Father Clifford. I don't think this matters that much since Shrapnel is already essential.
15 Melee at the workbench-
1 Lawnmower blade+1 leather belt = 3 Throwing knives
20 Melee at the workbench-
2 Hammers + 1 hatchet = 2 Throwing Hatchets
25 Melee and completion of HH at the workbench-
1 Lead pipe + 2 railway spikes + 1 raider wastehound helmet = 1 Tomahawk
or
1 Lead pipe + 2 railway spikes + 1 legion centurion helmet = 1 Tomahawk
30 Melee at the workbench-
1 Bonesaw + 1 pool cue + 1 medical brace = 1 Throwing spear
35 Melee at the workbench-
1 Cosmic knife + 1 pool cue + 1 medical brace = 1 Throwing knife spear
or
1 Cosmic knife clean + 1 pool cue + 1 medical brace = 1 Throwing knife spear
40 Melee and completion of OWB at the workbench-
2 Scrap electronics + 1 lead pipe + 1 scrap metal + 1 conductor + 1 fission battery + 2 sensor modules = 1 Proton Throwing Axe
45 Melee and completion of OWB at the workbench-
3 Scrap electronics + 1 lead pipe + 1 scrap metal + 2 conductor + 1 fission battery + 3 sensor modules = 1 Protonic Inversal Throwing Axe
50 Science and agreed to help Paradise Falls enslave at the workbench-
6 Electron charge packs + 1 drained small energy cell = Mesmetron Power Cell

100 Science, Xenotech Expert perk, and completion of MZ at the workbench-
1 Nuka Cola Quantum + 1 Micofusion Cell + 1 .45-70 Gov't case + 5 Energy Cells + 1 Liquid Nitrogen + 1 Flamer Fuel = 1 Alien Power Module
2 Nuka Cola Quantum + 2 Micofusion Cell + 1 .45-70 Gov't case + 8 Energy Cells + 1 Liquid Nitrogen + 1 Flamer Fuel = 1 Alien Power Cell
