Adds a radiation emitting gun to the Wasteland, akin to Fallout 4's Gamma Gun.

OVERVIEW
I found the Gamma Gun to be an interesting weapon concept, so I made an analog for New Vegas. This one works a little differently though, so it's still semi-unique.
Parts used: Pulse gun dish, Recharger Pistol grip and barrel, Q-35 barrel, Alien Blaster power cell
FEATURES
- It does a little more damage than the Laser Pistol, but the intricacy is in its radiation blasts: Each enemy has a "Radiation Token" count, which is determined by their endurance and rad resistance. The Neutron Gun normally deals 1 Rad Token per shot, and an extra 2 with critical hits. Once that threshold is reached, the actor dies in an explosion of radiation! There are also damage tiers. At half of the radiaton token count, the enemy will get one random limb crippled per hit from the Neutron Gun and at 3/4, they will be hit with the Tremor poison effect.
- Special case: Player. When the player is shot with the weapon, they just absorb radiation directly.
- Special case: Supermutants, Centaurs, Golden Geckos and Robots. These are immune to the Radiation Token effect and will just take direct damage from the weapon.
- Special case: Ghouls and Marked Men: These are actually healed by the weapon!
- Custom ammo: Fission Charge. A little heavier and more expensive than MFC, it can be crafted with drained MFC, lead and a Fission Battery or purchased when for sale. Available in all variants: Bulk, Overcharge, Max Charge and Optimized, although those might be a bit less useful since only the direct damage output is affected. The ammo glows, while the drained variant doesn't. ~Immersion~
- Weapon mods: Plasma Defender Scope adds a scope, Neutron Gun Improved Parts reduces spread and Neutron Gun Shortened Barrel increases rate of fire.
- Can be found on dead Bright Brotherhood members, Fiends and BoS Scribes. Can be sold at the Van Graffs and anywhere else that sells Tier 4 weapons like Recharger Pistols.
- Custom weapon icon made using Consistent Pip-Boy Icons resource.
ISSUES
None that I know of.
COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with everything.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, add RadGun.esp in the Data folder and add the files in their corresponding directories. Remove the files to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
