OVERVIEW
This is a pretty straightforward concept, I noticed that there wasn't really any good long-range plasma weapon because they were all very slow and inaccurate, so I built this comically long plasma sniper rifle for energy builds who want to deal with their enemies from a distance.
Parts used: Plasma Rifle, Multiplas Rifle, Plasma Caster, Gauss Rifle
FEATURES
- A lot more damage than a plasma caster and more accurate, but slower rate of fire and costs 6 ammo per shot, with a 24 round clip.
- Can be modded with the Plasma Rifle Magnetic Accelerator (200% projectile speed), Plasma Sniper Vacuum Tubes (+10 damage) and Plasma Sniper Reinforced Barrel (150% rate of fire).
- The weapon can be found carried by Brotherhood of Steel Paladins, Marked Men Marauders and Y-17 Trauma Harness Suits and sold at the Van Graffs, Gun Runners and pretty much anywhere that sells Plasma Casters and other Tier 5 energy weapons.
- Custom weapon icon made using Consistent Pip-Boy Icons resource.
ISSUES
None that I know of.
COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with everything.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, add PlasmaSniper.esp in the Data folder and add the files in their corresponding directories. Remove the files to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
