In DUST Survival Simulator's lore, Big MT has been flooded. Unfortunately, some areas didn't have water at all. Apart from the visual weirdness, it triggered also the swimming animation, while suspended in thin air. This little mod fixes the water height, causing the bug.
Download with your mod manager of choice. Load the plugin last in your load order, to ensure the worldspace's header info is not overwritten by any other mod.
