Turns out, that for some unknown damn reason, Vendortron in DUST isn't at his usual spot as we'd expect him to be, but he's rather lost in the fucking wastes near Vault 34. I do not know how a bot that has a whole kiosk built around him to prevent robberies managed not only to get out, but to survive out there near a place that is infested with tunnellers. This fix should simply restore Vendortron to his initial position, where he damn belongs.
While krrptd kindly explained why naugrim put it near Vault 34, I still found it very weird. But no matter, because now Vendortron, praised be his name, is back into his shack !
