Disables the DLC pop-ups.
I made this mod mainly because these pop-ups get in the way when I'm testing mods. For an actual playthrough I would use Simple DLC Delay, Delay DLC or Delay DLC TTW, if you don't care about these mods then consider mine a lightweight alternative. It only disables the pop-ups when a DLC is loaded the first time, the DLC quests will still start automatically. TTW has a pop-up which allows you to select which pre-order packs you want, I disabled that message too, check this mod's INI file to enable/disable pre-order packs (they are all enabled by default).
