A simple mod that allows you to ask Julie Farkass to support Mr. House.
Before the second battle of Hoover Dam, you can talk to Julie Farkas about supporting Mr. House and if she agrees various Follower medical supplies will be enabled at the Dam.
In order to convince Julie Farkass to support Mr. House, you will need to have joined the Followers and sorted out their supply problems.
