Reduces player height when using the 'Small Frame' trait.

DESCRIPTION:
Simple as that, an espless mod that reduce the player's height when choosing the Small Frame trait. Size is set to 0.96 (understand it as 96% of normal size). It's a bit more than Sunny's (0.95), but you are free to edit the value with .ini file provided.
Don't use that mod if you're using another mod altering player size: your game will explode.

COMPATIBILITY:
When using FNV Opposite Traits and its Walking Tank trait, use also the optional file. But be sure to not choose both traits in game.
Important note: this mod shouldn't be used if your character scale is not 1 by default.
