• NEW: Sort Explosives option. This wasn't possible before due to a bug in the game that only now I could work around.
• OPTIMIZATION: All scripts got a revision to varying degrees. Some are unnoticeable in the game, others to prevent occasional issues.

Version 1.0.1
FIXED: Bathroom lamp "ON" model not being disabled when the light is turned off. Reported by aktillum
The previously blocked bungalow in Novac is now a potential player home, waiting for someone to settle in and turn that wreckage of a place into a cozy home.
Ownership: The key is obtained by buying it from Jeannie May for 2000 caps, or from her safe if she's indisposed.
Displays: the snow globes will be automatically displayed once they've been displayed at the Lucky 38 as well. some DLC-related items and snow globes will be displayed once you've used the bookcase in front of the entrance door after completing a DLC.
Upgrades: Without any upgrades, the bungalow offers a fridge, a range (campfire crafting station), an old bed (which doesn't give the Well Rested perk), and a rusty sink that provides slightly irradiated water. Overall, it has very little in terms of storage by itself. It's also notably dirty. You can clean the bungalow by interacting with the broom beside the fridge.
There are 11 upgrades in total, all of which must be bought from Cliff at his Gift Shop. Remember to check the gallery for reference.
Workshop Upgrade - Workbench: Adds a workbench and dedicated storage, from which you'll have the option to craft using the items inside them and sort items into them too, or craft as usual with the items in your inventory.
Workshop Upgrade - Reloading Bench: Adds a reloading bench and dedicated storage with the same features as the workbench.
Kitchen Upgrade - Range & Dining Table: Replaces the old, rusty range with a new, clean one and dedicated storage. Like the old one, this is also a campfire crafting station and has sorting and crafting-from-containers features. Includes a coffee kettle that works as a crafting station by itself which allows you to make coffee without requiring a kettle as an ingredient.
Kitchen Upgrade - Fridge: Replaces the old, rusty fridge.
Kitchen Upgrade - Sink: Replaces the old, rusty sink with a clean one that provides clean water.
Bathroom Upgrade - Repair: Repairs the toilet, sink, and bathtub. The sink now provides clean water.
Bedroom Upgrade - Bed: Replaces the old, uncomfortable bed with a new one that grants the Well Rested perk.
Furniture Upgrade - Extra Storage: Adds several new containers and lockers through the bungalow and 8 weapon display plaques. Includes two first aid containers from which the Range pulls items as well if crafting from containers.
Furniture Upgrade - Livingroom: Replaces the old/broken furniture with new ones while adding some more (desk, shelves, tables, couch, etc.).
Furniture Upgrade - Bedroom: Replaces the old/broken furniture with new ones (replaces the old dresser with two new ones, shelves, lamps, etc.).
Bungalow Upgrade - Repair Structure: Repairs the walls and changes the tapestry, floor, and roof.
Crafting from containers: Every crafting station has dedicated containers to sort items into, and to pull items from when crafting from them. The reloading bench and the range have predetermined lists of items to be sorted into their containers (powder, cases, primers, ammo of vanilla calibers, vanilla pre-war food, etc.), while the workbench containers don't sort anything at all at first, and the kitchen has one "free" footlocker that doesn't sort anything either. To automatically sort items into those (and/or new items into any other containers), you need to use each crafting station's "manifest".
For example, if you want scrap metal to be sorted into a container of the workbench, put at least one scrap metal into said container, then use the manifest. Any scrap metal in your inventory will be sorted into that container thereafter. This works with any item (mod added or otherwise) that is not being sorted by default. This means that if for some ungodly reason you want to sort a weapon into your kitchen pre-war food cabinet, you can do so.
Do note that the Workbench and the Reloading Bench will pull items from each other's containers once both are available, and the range will pull items from the workbench containers and the two first aid containers if available. If one item is in the list of two or more containers, it will only get sorted into one of them when you're done crafting (the first that appears in the script).
Compatibility: This mod is incompatible with any other mod that uses the same bungalow in Novac.
