Packrat and Collector Home in Goodsprings / Springvale TTW

This is another Goodsprings/Springvale home geared toward players that want a base to store their gear without creating unbalancing advantages for the player. The home comes with all crafting stations and auto-sorters that leave your equipped and hot-keyed equipment alone. It is also set up for companions to sandbox. The home is based in the empty house NW of the Goodsprings General Store / just north of Springvale School in the Capital Wasteland.

Requirements

Fallout New Vegas Script Extender is required. This uses content from all DLCs -- Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonsome Road, Gun Runners Arsenal -- so it will not work without them. Caravan, Classic, Mercenary, and Tribal Packs are included as well, but not required since they are built into FNV by default. To take advantage of the sandboxing feature will require another mod that modifies companion behavior.

The TTW home requires Tale of Two Worlds to be installed as well.

Installation

Use a Mod Manager or just copy the files into your Data folder.

Primary Features

Close to Goodsprings General Store / Springvale School for TTW home

All crafting stations close together (Cook pot, Reloading bench, Workbench)
Lots of Containers for detailed sorting of equipment

An Automatic Item Stashing system w/o removing hot-keyed weapons and equipped apparel
Crafting components (food and parts) sorted into separate containers from other food and parts

Player owned bed (my only concession to giving the player added help)
Supports companion sandboxing
Small mini-quest (scavenger hunt style)

Why Yet Another Player Home in Goodsprings?

The main reason for a player home is convenience. I made this home because the other ones I have tried did not quite support how I like to play. I like to do all of my crafting in one big pass, so I hate having to walk very far while overloaded with equipment. I like to collect all of the various items I can, so I like lots of containers to sort out the gear and keep track of it. I like the convenience of an auto-sorting method but dislike having to reassigning my equipment to my hotkeys. I don't really want my armor and weapons that I have equipped to be auto-sorted. Finally, I don't like player homes that provide a ton of advantages up front or change the balance dynamic of the early game. Everything in this home can be done in Goodsprings (except the bed) without the home, but this makes it a lot more convenient.

I can never find the weapon mods I like to play the game with. So I created a scavenger style quest to get those items. Some of the items are easy to find (9mm Pistol, Varmint Rifle, 10mm Pistol) the others require some creative use of terrain to get to (Hunting Shotgun, Katana).

Please let me know if you find anything that needs fixing or improved.

Thanks to azayrahmad [https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55665/] for inspiring me to add a washing machine to the home.
