A torch that never burns out, must be forged so your Crafting Skill needs to be at least 50. Required materials are 1 Common Soul Gem, 1 Iron Ingot (Bar in the Forge Menu), 1 Light Potion (any level).
The torch light is a light blue color with 50% more throw than the regular torches.
Installation: Unzip ArcaneTorch.esp, the meshes and textures folders into the Oblivion\Data folder, activate the esp in the Nehrim launcher, make sure this mod is loaded after translation.esp in the load order. A mod manager like Wrye Bash is recommended.
