Makes mechs limp forever upon loosing a leg like in previous mechwarrior games.
Should work with just about every mod out there, however some mod mechs may not follow the logic set up by this mod if they dont use the primary file this mod contains. Not an issue, just dont expect them all to limp forever.
This mod needs to override yaml - dont modify its load order.
