Restores the leopards weapons and makes it into a proper close quarter extraction machine.

Thanks to Bobbert for releasing his source code this mod now can have the Leopard be recoloured! Still looking into further options to allow for more custimization, but at least it functions like his mod
Coyotes does not conflict, confirmed this with the developer directly.
This mod does not affect enemy leopards that i noticed in testing, only affects the players leopard.
Versions(ONLY USE ONE OF THESE) -
Leopard - Rearmed Base - makes weapons tier 5, modifys the fire angles of the turrets so they can hit things, and changes the engagement range to 2000 meters.
Leopard - +4 Turrets - adds two turrets to the front(2 PPCs, 1 Large laser) and 2 turret to the aft end(2 Large Lasers) - Angle on turrets is changed, engagement range is 2000 meters.
Leopard - Pirate "Lite" - this version is more for fun than anything else. Comes with 4 PPC and 4 LLs, 1 LRM20 on the fore end, 4 LBX/2, 4 LL and 5 ML on the port and starboard side, 1 LRM20 on each wing, 4 LLs on the Aft end, and 2 Heavy missile turrets on the centerline.
