I'd honestly play that, especially if they modded her to be like a Petra Parker replacement and edited the voice files to sound feminine. though you still run into the problem of the other characters calling you Peter or even male pronouns that break the mod a bit? still would be fun regardless though.
Thats a tough one because of how much it would break the immersion of the game unless you don't care. More than likely you'll get the girl look with peters voice unless someone is willing to record every single piece of his dialog and swap them out.
