My theory is that it's really hard to modify how non player characters look in terms of their facial/bodily appearance or alternatively that her hair texture and MJ's are linked kinda like how if you change the texture of Doc Ock to Monster Ock for example the goons will be discolored or if you change Taskmaster to Green Goblin it'll mess with certain straps
Hopefully we'll have a breakthrough but I'm not sure how feasible that is to expect. Part of me is hopeful since technically we're only a couple years into the modding scene of this game and Arkham Knight took close to 10 years to get its mods to a level of like custom models and we only just recently got a fully custom battle mode batmobile so maybe but it might be a while for this game if it happens at all.
