What does this mod do?
It removes Gemini's voice and subtitles from the game.
How could you? I love that little cricket!
Fortunately installing this mod is not mandatory.
Isn't this the same as Shut Up Gemini?
It's similar, however this mod removes his subtitles as well, effectively removing him from the game. If you want to know what Gemini is saying but can't stand his voice, I'd recommend Shut Up Gemini instead of this.
Which version is this for?
I have only tested the Steam version. It may work on other versions.
How do I install it?
Find your Lies of P install directory. Then go to LiesofP\Content\Paks and add the geminiremover_P.pak to that folder.
How do I uninstall it?
Delete the geminiremover_P.pak file from your Paks folder
Is it compatible with other mods?
So long as they don't also modify Gemini's voice or the subtitles file, yes.
Is it compatible with existing saves?
Yes.
Do you recommend this mod for a first playthrough?
You can always start your game without and add it later if you find Gemini is getting on your nerves. If you prefer the isolated, cryptic experience of a traditional soulslike, I would recommend this mod. If you enjoy having a wisecracking sidekick who describes the action as it unfolds, I would not recommend it.
You forgot to take out some of his dialog! I had to listen to his voice/read his lines and now my day is ruined.
Please let me know which line(s) were missed and if it is voice, subtitles or both. If you can remember even one or two words that he said it will make finding the line(s) even easier. Thank you for your bug report; I will do my best to squash any remaining bugs.
Update 1.02
Removed Gemini's voice from a late-game cutscene.
Added a line to the Monad's Lamp description and changed the "Talk with Gemini" prompt that appears at certain Stargazers to a more appropriate action.

Removed the Gemini header from certain lines of his dialog to improve the interactions with objects in the hotel and make the conversations with Sophie more smooth.
Removed some more Gemini lines from the subtitles file.
