I don't have extensive experience with modding, just an artist who was unsatisfied with the current face of the female playable characters in game. Thus, since it's easy to modify TGA files with photoshop, I edited it by hand in Photoshop and thought I'd share, enjoy!
To install, drop both files in "override" folder of game's root folder.
Example for Steam user : \Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override\>MY FILES HERE<
