I tried to upload this to 5Mods however in the time they are taking to upload I've nearly completed the new version of this script. Hopefully here some people can actually get some fun out of what I created rather than it sitting in purgatory.

Custom made drift mode script, you can edit all the values to make it function how you like.

In game menu for live adjustments!

Configurable activation & menu keys.

2 versions, one for current version of the game and one for v3028 for compatibility with mods like Manual Transmission.

THIS MOD DOES NOT EDIT ANY HANDLING DATA / XML FILES USED BY THE GAME - ONLY NATIVE FUNCTIONS ARE USED TO MANIPULATE CAR HANDLING
FULLY COMPATABLE WITH ANY HANDLING MOD!

Requirements:

Install:
Copy all files from your chosen version in the zip into scripts folder.

On first launch all config files will be created for you.

Default Keys:
KBM:
(Can be changed in config only not in game)
T - Activates Drift Mode
Y - Opens Drift Config Menu

Controller:
(Can be changed via menu & config file)
RB + DPAD RIGHT = Activate Drift Mode
RB + DPAD DOWN = Open menu

Drift Menu:

KBM:
Enter - Select
Backspace - Close
Up/Down - Navigate
Left/Right - Change Value
Q/E - Change Page

Controller:
A - Select
B - Close
Up/Down - Navigate
Left/Right - Change Value
LB/RB - Change Page

DriftMode_V2 folder now holds config/vehicle data.

Custom config per vehicle, included all config options for each car, You can change anything from the main config file per vehicle.

Full Controller support for activating drift mode with customisable keys. YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW KEY CODES EVERYTHING PICKS VALID OPTIONS FOR YOU :D Simply cycle through options in the menu!

Full Controller support for the menu.

Option to enable check for tire type ie car has to have tuner tires to have drift mode enabled. Set any tire type in the config!

Option to enable Drift Tires Native Function - Latest Game Version Only - Not Available in 3028.
