Root
  • Although the game does not represent an open world, the day-night cycle seems to turn very fast – especially if the protagonist walks most of the time.
    So, I changed that a bit.

Alteration
  • Vanilla:
    1 hour in-game = 100 seconds in real-time; 24 hours in-game = 40 minutes in real-time
  • Mod:
    1 hour in-game = 180 seconds in real-time; 24 hours in-game = 72 minutes in real-time

Important
  • It is most likely that the alteration is only effective on a new game – that makes the mod less relevant and hard to test as there is no day-night cycle in Serene, the first map.
  • The mod does not change the fact that the Star appears to the West before heading North ;-)

Note
  • Time is interrupted when you open a menu – even when you craft something –, then keeps on.
  • The "night" is only 25% of the time – 6 hours in-game.

Install
  • Move the contents of the archive into the "datalocal" folder: Steam → steamapps → common → GreedFall → datalocal
