Changes aspects of the gliding physics to make it faster and more intuitive

BATGIRL GLIDING SUCKS
But not anymore.
Fast and Intuitive Batgirl Gliding (V1)
Current Features:
-Faster Base Speed
-Faster Divebomb
-Increased Max Turn Angle
-Faster Grapple (Bonus)
Things I haven't figured out yet, but will try my best to achieve:
-Tighter Turning Controls
-Ability to Glide Upwards Easier (you currently need massive speed to go up)
-Higher/Farther Grapple Jump

INSTALL GUIDE:
-Open your Gotham Knights root folder
-Create a folder called "~mods" in
Gotham Knights>Mercury>Content>Paks
-Drop "Batgirl Glide Speed + Grapple Speed.pak" in your new "~mods" folder
-Launch game
