About this mod

Replaces the bland area and battle music in the sewers with the remake versions of the original much better music, "Lurking in the Darkness" written by original composer Nobuo Uematsu that played in the same sewers in the original game. Great to spice up the sewers in a way that fits and for fans of the original game and soundtrack.

This will fix the bland placeholder music the new composers inexplicably replaced the original music with just after confronting Corneo and later when coming back with Leslie without disrupting the chase, boss, or other music in either chapter.

Props to TeamYuffieCloudVincent for the idea of using the jazzy jukebox version of the song for the battles, which worked perfectly and was a killer idea.

Video example of area with replacement in the video tab. I tried to stall here and there in the battle and out to show both versions.

You can hear the two blah placeholder tracks I replaced in a playthrough here: https://youtu.be/onXsFBRU-v0

Now comes in three flavors depending on your taste in battle music, jazz "Lurking in the Darkness", the original FFVII battle music(remake version), and the default battle music that plays in the sewers.

To install, place the file in ~mods at the paks folder.
