INSPIRATION
I was inspired to make this an actual outfit when I saw a cosplayer wearing this specific outfit in a YT video that's over 10 years old. Here's the video if you're curious. I have it timestamped (6:44).
To pay my respects to the legend himself, I made sure his signature was on the red circle on the back of Tifa's jacket.
HOW TO INSTALL

FinalFantasyVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Content\Paks\~mods
If your ~mods folder doesn't exist make a mods folder
