File credits
- Credit to See-Through-Scopes for implementing ADS sway via a script. The script is not included in this mod, this mod merely adds keywords to existing vanilla items to make them work with See-Through-Scopes.
Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Adds sway (like the magnifying scopes have) for iron sights and reflex sights. If you enable the optional "nb_PerkSway_optional.esp" plugin then this strength and speed of the swaying will scale based on the Gunslinger, Commando, and Rifleman perks-- higher ranks of the perks will stabilize your aim more.
For now this just piggy-backs on how See-Through-Sights implements scope sway via script, so you must have that installed for it to function.
If there is a lot of interest in this feature then I'm willing to implement a standalone version (or help someone else do it), but for now this prototype works fine. The advantage of a standalone version would be not touching any vanilla records, the disadvantage would be maintaining a separate implementation of sway via script when See-Through-Scopes already does it really well (IMO).
Technical details: - Even though this mod doesn't have See-Through-Scopes as a master, it won't do anything on its own. You must install See-Through-Scopes for it to work. - This mod touches the records for all the Fo4/DLC iron sights and reflex sights. It should merge in a straight-forward way with other mods that touch those records (eg. in xEdit), but without a patch it will conflict with other mods that change those records. - All this does to make See-Through-Scopes work for iron/reflex sights is add keywords on the mods for "has scope" and "laser musket muzzle mod attachment".
