Settlement Pack 7 – D.L.C five in one pack

A while back I was asked if I had bundled some of my settlement blueprints. I hadn’t at the time and had not played Fallout 4 for a while.
This is the seventh pack and it exists to bring to completion all my settlement designs.
(The only two not offered here on the Nexus are Vault 88 and the Mechanist base, both of which I used someone else’s design as a starting point).

In order of installation;

Old Longfellow’s Cabinwas the first settlement placed at Far harbor.
Method;
You’ll need to remove most of the trees and some of the rocks around the cabin… or do it after placing the blueprint… probably easier to just remove most of it first.
N.B; Modular kitchen mod has moved toBethesda.net as of 28th Sept 2019…but it won’t affect your transfer…If you wish to include it as a separate download, it can be found under username CrayonKit

Dalton Farmis the second.
Method;
You’ll need to remove most of the trees, the broken buildings, vehicles and some of the rocks on the hill… or do it after placing the blueprint… probably easier to just remove most of it first.

National Park Visitor’s Center is third settlement in this pack. I decided to rebuild the cottage and make it a livable space. Furniture is somewhat grungy, but the windows are unbroken and the walls are solid.
Plenty of beds, the workstations I use regularly, some gorilla cages and a few more crop plants in the front yard.
 Method;
House… I deleted every broken floor panel and replaced every wall and roof piece.
I put the sinks back in place but removed the broken toilets.
I removed the junk fence and existing furniture in the house with the exception of the weapons workbench.
I removed all the cars from the parking lot.
I deleted quite a few trees, vines and shrubs but you should be able to just drop this settlement in place and remove the obvious.

Echo Lake Lumber Milliswhere I placed settlement number 4.
Started by rebuilding the main building and ended up opening the two boarded up buildings as well. It bothered me that both the warehouse and home on the pier were inaccessible even though they sat within the (possibly expanded) settlement borders.
Method;
Main building;
Kept the warehouse floors, warehouse steps, and short wooden stairs.
Kept the Air ducts, industrial fans, posters and pictures.
Deleted all walls, wooden floors and roofing.
Deleted all furniture except the computer and desk.

Small Barn near entrance;
Kept the concrete foundation, kept the billboard/poster, and deleted everything else.

House on the pier;
Kept the pier, barrels, fish racks etc.
Deleted everything else.

Market stalls;
Left most of them alone, only removing a few bits and pieces…slid my vendor counters into the existing counters…just click on the black counter tops to assign settlers to them.

Other;
Deleted the building with the conveyor belts, (including conveyor belts), cleared all broken buildings, logs and vehicles,
Removed lots of junk, tyre walls and shrubs, a lot of which can be cleared after placement.

Nuka World Red Rocketis the fifth settlement in this pack.
Method;
I use transfer settlements to drop everything into place and either scrap everything that sticks up or enter "Disable" and "Markfordelete" anything that won't scrap using scrap everything.

1.    Old Longfellow’s Cabin; Should load into slot 39

Spoiler:
Show

Open the console by hitting “~”.
Click on workshop to select it.
Type:
“setpv OwnedByPlayer True”
Hit enter, close the console.
Leave the settlement cell and if entered correctly, the settlement will be allied to you on return.

Other ;"Disable" and "Markfordelete" anything that won't scrap using scrap everything.
The individual settlement pages have more screenshots, if you need a better idea of the layout.

I build these settlements for my own amusement. I'm not big on clutter, I just want to get my settlement as full as possible and make sure there are enough amenities.....If I have to go and help the settlement fend off the three raiders that they can't deal with, the defences pretty much ensure they are shredded by the time I get there.
There is plenty of space to personalise the settlement to one's own taste.

I don't and won't do requests...I have placed these files here for anyone who might deem them useful.
