Since the founding of the New England Republic on March 3rd, 2288, the Commonwealth has slowly been united under the banner of Peace, Progress, and Prosperity. It is from here that the General organized and planned all of his movements, from the Siege of Nuka-World to the Super Mutant Genophage, and Operation Nevermore, the downfall of the Old Institute. The Concord Armistice was signed here on September 14th of 2289, effectively brokering peace between the Republic, the Remnants, the Lyon's Mane, the Railroad and the Second Institute.
