NMCSG Plugin - The Castle ready for any Blueprint

A Neat Modest Clean Stainless Ground for The Castle.
You can use this plugin to clear the place for the installation of a Blueprint.

The center ground is mostly asphalted and the corners are covered with short grass.
As some of the ugly things (Egg Mounds, Stains...) cannot be removed in-game (although I learned the mounds should clear out eventually...), this mod takes care of everything that could be cleansed in and around The Castle: Mirelurk Mounds, Stains on walls, Vines, Trash, Debris, March Scum (in the lagoon), etc...
Everything that is not objects and furniture is removed inside the Fort, in the corridors and rooms.

If the Mirelurk Mounds are still there after installing the plugin (I have seen both cases), just remove them using the 'disable' console command.
Open the console, click on the mound and eggs and enter 'disable'. Version 1.02 should solve that (not sure).

- Increases the Building area to x, y: 35000/z: 10000. In Workshop mode, you can go to Spectacle Island.
- Increases the Sandbox Area to x, y 13000/11500. The settlers can wander about to the town (they can't be killed anyway) or work outside of the fort.


If Ronnie Shaw doesn't show after a few days, here is a way to have her and the Old Guns quest back:
You can be at the castle.
1) Install 'Ronnie Shaw Enabled ESL Patch' present in Miscellaneous Files. She should then be at the Castle.
2) In the console, enter 'setstage aa778 60'     That should initialize Old Guns (without notification).
3) Talk to her and the quest should start.

If she is naked, open the console and enter:
55ec9.equipitem 16892c    (that's the outfit)
55ec9.equipitem 16892e   (the hat)
('inv' shows what she carries).

The little story: I don't think the plugin is responsible for that quest to be stuck but it happened in my game so I tried to fix it.
In my playthrough, I opened the big mechanized door to the Armory immediately after taking control of the settlement despite the fact one shouldn't theoretically be able to (I learned later) and I took the 'artillery schematic' and the 'artillery smoke grenades' in the armory instead of waiting for Ronnie to tell me to...
So, you shouldn't do either of those things anyway as they break that quest more surely than the plugin might.

The very little story: The plugin removes the rubble that is blocking the entrance to the tunnels (a stage in the quest) but Ronnie has a dialogue for that case scenario so, it is unlikely this is the reason for the bug, as I thought at first (before hearing Ronnie's line).

Installation:

You must install this after you take control of the settlement.

- It can be installed with a mod manager.
To install it manually:
Copy the esp file in the \Data directory of the game.

It is better to install the Blueprint after this plugin.

It is not possible to merge this plugin (with FO4Edit) without keeping the original ESP as master. But many other mods can be so, if you are close to the 256 ESPs limit, you might want to merge some: TUTORIAL - HOW TO MERGE ESPs

Making ESLs out of some ESPs:
Patches and other plugins that have the game ESMs, plus a plugin that you use (so it is present anyway), as masters can be saved as ESLs after you copy (Deep copy as override into...) all the data they contain to a new plugin.
Remember that ESLs must not contain a lot of records so, only small mods should be saved as ESLs.
