A "lore friendly" take on the Sunshine Tidings settlement location.

This blueprint of Sunshine Tidings will support up to 22 settlers. It is fully self-sustained for food and water. Contains a bar, general, food, and chem store.
- The inside of all the buildings will need to be scrapped with a few exceptions that are listed next.
- The computer terminal and the table it's sitting on in the center warehouse building I left alone.
- The home with all the medical supplies I left alone. I did place a "kitchen sink/store" underneath the window to the right when you first enter the house. You will have to scrap a couple things that are currently there to make room for it.
- The door behind the center warehouse, I just picked it up and placed it back. This is something you'll have to manually do, or go another route.
