About this mod

Recreates a number of BioShock 1's Plasmids in the Commonwealth

This mod is "Done". I'm open to balancing feedback and similar topics.

This mod brings 5 Plasmids from BioShock into the Commonwealth. They are listed below with hints to their locations: 
1. Electro Bolt - Check beneath Spectacle island's last arrest.
2. Incinerate! - Spectacle Island's Northeastern neighbor floats atop this Plasmid.
3. Winter Blast - Three wrecks east of Kingsport Lighthouse.
4. Sonγc Boom - The Children of Atom near Kingsport have made an interesting discovery.
5. Cγclone Trap - Located in a city at the bottom of the sea, but not at the bottom of an ocean.


Things to note:
-You're gaining Plasmid abilities for yourself and are building EVE Hypos to keep using those abilities. EVE Hypos are useless to people without the Plasmid abilities to go with them. (Optional .esp will let your friends shoot up as well)
-The Plasmid's effects and damage are restricted to enchantments. Offensive Plasmids are roughly as strong as grenades. Defensive Plasmids are much weaker.
-I like how detail had to be put into the ocean floor because power armour sinks. However, I know looking for a small red object in murky water can be a pain and not everyone likes exploring underwater. So to make things easier, I've given each underwater Plasmid a metallic guardian. You find the statue, you find the Plasmid.
-Don't drop your EVE Hypos! Because the way that weapon models work, there is no model for the EVE Hypos in use. If I used the models I had planned on using, you'd be holding a Hypo in your hand every time you use your plasmid and I thought that it looked stupid.
