BetterUI fix / patch following The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle update.

BetterUI, a user interface addon popular with gamepad users, was broken by the most recent ESO update, High Isle. These fixes address several of the recent issues and make it useable again (see this thread on the addon's ESOUI page for more details). ESOUI user shadowcep created these fixes and has kindly given me permission to share them here to make them easier to find.
Since I did not personally create this mod, I have set it up so that 100% of any donation points will go to the Doctors Without Borders charity. You can find out more about donation points here.
Installation Instructions (Manual install only)
1. Download the .zip file.
2. Extract the files.
- You should now have a "Globals.lua" file and a "Modules" folder.
3. Locate the BetterUI addon folder.
- The location may vary depending on where you have ESO installed or your operating system.
- For Windows, it will most likely be under Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\BetterUI.
4. Move both "Globals.lua" and the "Modules" folder to the BetterUI addon folder, overwriting the old files.
5. Go back to enjoying your game. :)
