Makes the DLC damage a lot more tolerable by making the Crimson Amber medallion a difficulty switch talisman, with two versions
(Crimson Amber Medallion - Journalist mode = take 50% less damage)
and (Crimson Amber Medallion - Researcher mode = take ZERO damage)
Use one or the other, not both.
To install: Extract regulation.bin from the mod to (xx:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game)
Usage of the offline launcher is mandatory
