The replacement is heavily modified pj mesh with hand painted textures.
This model is also visible underneath light armor (except upgrades). Because it is based on original mesh the textures might appear slightly stretched out. There might be some clipping around the neck and arms.
Possible conflicts:
This mod will conflict with any mod that replaces the pj mesh, as well as the texture (all of them; d,s,n,t).
Update: The main focus of this mod was changing the body proportions of ef. Because of that I'm providing optional files that change the existing outfits to have similiar proportions (light + heave armor, formal attire). These files do not change any textures, so they are fully compatible with texture mods.
