There are some gorgeous fashion options in this game! There are also some things that I kept looking at and thinking "if only this one part was sliiightly different..." So I watched a lot of Blender tutorials on YouTube, got DRUNK WITH POWER, and then this mod happened. :D

These items are unique in the sense that they are all clothing meshes made by CDPR, but I've taken them into a 3D modeling program and edited them myself, either to fit V better or to change the overall look a bit. In some cases, you can find the unedited meshes in other mods, which I've noted where applicable. I do take requests when I have time; if you have an idea for a new edited item, or just want a different replacer for an existing item, let me know in the comments (note: the Boot Pants and Mox Heel Pants can ONLY replace shoes).

A word about clipping: It happens. The way I can stop it from happening is to make the clothes larger and further away from V's body, which starts to look strange at a certain point. I've tried to strike a balance between what looks good aesthetically, and preventing body clipping in the majority of photomode poses. If you do notice clipping, please know that I did the best I could, and choose another pose or camera angle if it bothers you.

Please don't download this mod from anywhere other than Nexus, or use the edited meshes without my permission. Please do share your photos here; I would absolutely love to see them! And if you like what you see, I recommend tracking this mod--there will be more added in the future. <3 Enjoy!

Small update 8/10/21: I've replaced the meshes for the leather bolero and the Mox pants. The bolero just had a small issue with the cuff interior that was bothering me, but there's otherwise no visual difference between the new and old meshes. The Mox pants were more significantly altered to be slimmer in the calf and thigh. The old mesh had thicc, muscular legs because a) I personally like that look and b) I was trying to prevent clipping with leg tattoos. The new version DOES clip with tats, but it is closer to the shape of V's actual legs. You can decide which one works better for you; the old version will still be available to download (in the OLD VERSIONS section, naturally).

Also, in the process of making my other mod Clothing Color Variants, I found new colors for a few items in the game's files. They're in the OPTIONAL FILES as "Jinguji Variant Color Pack." They work a little differently than the base colors, so if they're not working for you, you may need to install a texture override mod.

9/22/21: If you'd like to acquire these clothes in game in a semi-immersive manner, check out my Virtual Atelier shop here!

EXCESSIVELY DETAILED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (you can skip it if you already know how this works; there's nothing new)

On this mod page, click the FILES tab, find the item you want, and hit "Manual Download." Click "Slow Download" when prompted. Wait for the download to complete, then go to the Downloads folder on your computer.

Double-click the file you just downloaded. If you have 7-Zip or another unzipping program like WinRAR, it should unzip the file automatically. If you don't already have one, you can download and install 7-Zip for free here. Once you've finished installation, right click on the mod file in your Downloads folder and select "Open with..." then "7-Zip File Manager."

You should now see a list of .archive files called "Jinguji_" and then name of the item replaced, the modded item, and the color. For example, "Jinguji_WindbreakerJacketToBohoDressBlack.archive" Click once on the one that's the color you want, then hit "Extract" (the blue minus symbol near the top of the 7-Zip window).

A pop-up will ask where you want the file to be copied to. On my computer, because I own the game on Steam, the file path looks like this: C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod. If you own it from the Epic game store, it will be \EpicLibrary\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod, and GOG will be \GOGLibrary\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod. IMPORTANT: Check the file path beforehand to make sure there is actually a folder called "mod" in that location. If there isn't yet, just make one.

Once you have the correct file path entered in the "Copy to:" box in the 7-Zip window, hit "OK." Start up the game and acquire the replacer item either by buying/looting it or entering the item code in CET. Equip the replacer item (in this example, a windbreaker/suspender jacket), and you're done! Check out your modded item (should appear as the black version of the boho dress).

To remove a mod, go to the "mod" folder you created (same file path as the previous step), right click on the .archive file you want to get rid of, and click "Delete."
