Remove some textures screen effect for a more clean and clear visual.

Mod description:

Remove Lensedirt, low health screen effect and Foundation's vertical lens flare.

Requirement:

Loose File Loader by registrator2000

Installation:

1) If not already made, first install "Loose File Loader" by registrator2000 (see Requirement)
    
2) Extract the mod(s) archive(s) and put the "data_pc" folder in your game directory (merge if asked).
      
Uninstallation:
 
Delete:

astral_leak_flare.tex

in: data_pc\textures\flares


lens_texture_soft.tex

in: data_pc\textures\hardcoded


low_health_hiss_screen_gfx_a.tex
low_health_hiss_screen_init_gfx_a.tex

in: data_pc\textures\fx

Incompatibility:

At the moment, there shouldn't be any but this mod will be obviously incompatible with any possible future mod that modifiy
the same textures.
