Randall:
A new crewmember with access to attacks, shields and evade, which are vital to Cobalt Core's gameplay loop, his cards are often weaker than those from Dizzy, Peri and Riggs, but his versatility makes up for it.
Partial Statuses:
A large portion of Randall's cards contain partial statuses like half-evade and half-shield that do nothing on their own but once completed with their remaining half work just as a regular full evade or full shield.
Randall has an Alternative Starting Deck (Using More Difficulty Options)
Rigel:
The Experimental Ship Rigel is a work in progress ship, it's functional but it's missing art assets and some of the card actions look broken, this will be fully finished at a later date.
