This mod replaces the portraits of 7 party members with custom redrawn versions handmade by Marcus Dewndeym (https://twitter.com/Dewndeym).
So far the mod covers conversation and battle cutout portraits for Glenn, Lenne, Robb, Victor, Sienna, Kylian and Magnolia.
Install instructions: 1. Drag and drop the included Chained Echoes_Data folder into your game directory (same place where the .exe to launch the game is) 2. Replace files when prompted 3. Done!
