do not pick up the mission item if you want to use the save over and over
also don't turn on and off bar don't let people join after you do wants in the video
and don't let people leave and don't leave sanctuary
basically don't do anything that would save the game
also you could just put your save on read only if you don't want to lose anything but if you don't want to do that just follow what I said

To extract the save, you need to have a program that can extract archive folder, such as, WinRar & 7Zip.
WARNING! Before moving the saved game file, make sure to back up your current saves in case of possible replacement.
Make sure in either Epic Games or Steam that you have cloud saves turned off for Borderlands 2, this can complicate the save from showing up in-game.
To use the save you need to copy/move it into your saves location.
To get there, you need to go to the following path according to your Operating System:
Windows: C:\Users\MYNAME\Documents\my games\borderlands 2\willowgame\savedata\*custom_number_here*/
OS X: Users/MYNAME/Library/Application Support/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/SaveData/*custom_number_here*/
