I made this new splash screen by editing the bordering around the original splash screen and applying it to the picture on the wiki. The new image is about twice as tall as the old splash screen. Displays fine on my monitor (1366 x 768) but might not fit on a smaller resolution. Installation: Unzip folder and combine with your game directory folder (for example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2")
